determine the bottom-line price.
Bear in mind
how you plan to maintain the site. Once built, a website
requires regular maintenance. We maintain all the sites
we build through a "maintenance clause" in the final
contract. Marketing and promotion on the Internet is
another major factor in website development and maintenance.
We
build into the initial startup cost, the first month of
search engine promotion as part of the initial design, and setup process.
Thereafter, you must regularly market and promote your site to reach
your target audience through regular search engine submissions,
links to similar or complementing sites, newsgroups and more.
Our rate is $75 per hour for "maintenance" and "basic
promotional"
labor after your website has been published. You will want to consider this as part of your overall cost.
